The morning in the Alpenhof starts after a restful night with a lavish delightful breakfast. Fortify yourself for an eventful vacation day or for an extensive hiking tour. You will be spoiled for choice on the rich buffet with varied types of bread, muesli wedge, juice – bar, fresh fruit, various types of sausage and cheese, smoked salmon, a wide selection of jams and honey, hot sausages, fresh prepared scrambled eggs according to your individual request and a sparkling proseco of our own brand. From 07:30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. there is sufficient time for enjoying everything without ruffle – in summer on the lovely terrace with a fantastic panorama view of the Zugspitze and in winter in the cozy restaurant with view of the snowy garden. That`s how every holiday starts with a good morning.
You are also welcome to have breakfast with us if you do not live in the house. The price incl. coffee and drinks from the buffet is €15,00 per person. In order to prepare a nice table for you, we kindly ask you to make a reservation in advance by phone: +49 (0) 88 21 / 9870.

Our restaurant offers you lovely ambiance with its wood paneling and elaborate carvings. The Bavarian comfort with style. Regionally coined is also our cuisine. Fresh mountain air makes you feel hungry and the lovingly prepared meal ensure a completely happy holiday. Our dishes are prepared with carefully selected high quality products from the region. For this purpose, we also rely on traditional recipes that have been carefully adapted by us to the current knowledge of the light cuisine. The offer of the Alpenhof cuisine ranges from Bavarian delicacies to international cuisine and wholefoods. Our kitchen Manager and his kitchen team provide unforgettable culinary memories of your holiday.

A perfect taste experience is only rounded off by a noble drop. In addition to our excellent open wines, you will find a wide selection of fine bottled wines. We are happy to advise you on which wine best suits our delicacies.
Of course, When it comes to drinking culture, Bavarian beer is not to be missed. Whether a freshly tapped or a full-bodied yeast white beer. Every beer specialty has its season. Whether Maibock or Munich summer beer, a naturally cloudy beer garden speciality served in the Steinkrug or the infamous Oktoberfest beer. The most beautiful way to enjoy it is on our dreamlike garden terrace with a direct view of the Zugspitz massif.
Even the most beautiful day of vacation comes to an end. Let it end in an atmospheric way with a digestif or a refined cocktail at our cosy bar with Salon Werdenfels.
